We are delighted to invite Year 6 students and their families to visit Sheffield Park Academy and discover what makes our academy such a special place to learn and grow.

Take a tour of our facilities, meet our dedicated staff and students, and find out how our core values of Community, Ambition, Respect and Endurance are brought to life every day.

During the evening, our Principal, Rob Watson, will deliver a presentation outlining everything you need to know about joining Sheffield Park Academy. Please select one of the following presentation times when registering:

Transition to Year 7

Welcome

We work closely with our feeder primary schools to ensure that we offer the very best transition programme for all of our students, helping to make the move from primary to secondary school a smooth and exciting one. 

Transition Programme 

Our programme of transition events includes: 

• Visits to all feeder primary schools by our transition team. 

• Year 6 students invited to SPA to experience Maths and English lessons. 

• A Year 6 Parents’ Event. 

• Transition days . 

We also offer an enhanced transition programme for students who might need extra support.
