Information for parents/carers - Tuesday 5th January

Louise Innocent / Categories: News

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday evening, I fully understand that there will be many students, parents and carers concerned about the news that students, with the exception of vulnerable students and children of key workers who still need to be in school,  will receive their education remotely at home.

Rest assured, we learned many lessons from the first lockdown and we are fully prepared to deliver a high-quality remote provision so that your child continues to receive a high quality education.

Mr Freeman will write to all parents and carers today and will still be holding a virtual 'Town Hall' meeting at 6.00 pm on Thursday 7th of January, to discuss this coming term with parents and carers with the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

We will also provide the latest guidance to parents of Year 11 and 13 regarding assessment.
