Admissions

Sheffield Park Academy is proud of our community and we are happy to take new students using agreed admissions criteria.

Sheffield Park Academy is free to attend, with places open to students of all abilities.  We consider all student applications on an individual basis and always try to offer a place at the Academy if we possibly can.

Sheffield Park Academy works in partnership with the Local Authority and uses the Common Admissions Arrangements in place for Admissions into Year 7. Parents of Year 6 students must apply for Sheffield Park Academy by using the Common Application Forms from the Local Authority.

The Sheffield City Council Admissions webpage can be found here.

Parents of students who wish to make a late application for Year 7 at Sheffield Park Academy (after the Local Authority offer date which is usually 1 March) should contact the Academy directly for an application pack.

Parents of students wishing to transfer to Sheffield Park Academy in Year 8 – 11 should contact either the Local Authority or the Academy directly for an application pack.

If you wish to apply for a place at Sheffield Park Academy please download the admissions form.

Sheffield Park Academy also operates a VI Form provision.  Any student interested in applying should contact the Academy for a VI Form Application Pack.
