Meet the Team

Miss J Burton - Assistant Principal: VI Form

I graduated from Laine Theatre Arts with qualified teacher status in ballet, tap and modern dance. I received a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Social Policy and Sociology from the University of Sheffield and went on to study for a PGCE in Secondary ICT at Sheffield Hallam University.

I joined the Senior Leadership Team at Sheffield Park Academy in 2016, leading on Pastoral Progress and Standards, Behaviour and Attitudes.

I became Head of VI Form in 2018 and I am very lucky to be surrounded by a wealth of experience and passion within the VI Form team of subject teachers and tutors.

Sheffield South East VI Form is highly successful and the pleasure in seeing each and every student achieve their goals is immeasurable.
